I went the same route but decided on a 5 on 4-3/4" pattern just because of the way some manufacturers make the uni-lug bolt patterns. The 5 on 4-1/2" would use off-set washers. Looks kind off hokey.

Then turn the outside hub diameter down and re drill the 4.5" pattern on the stock rotor. Out back find a couple 77 thunderbird driver axles.

网页2016年5月6日 · The '80-'83 F100 9-inch rear end with the 5 x 4.5" lug pattern has the old style large axle bearing flanges at the ends of the axle housing tubes. Curries sells adapter brackets to fit these housings that would allow you to install '94-'04 SN95 Cobra Mustang rear disc brakes onto this housing.
