Under these conditions, it seems like a container move using Pods, Pack-Rat or similar might be the way to go. The container(s) are packed once and stay in storage until they are needed at the new house.

They let you go up to 500 pound over if its pretty level/evenly weighted. My weight when way over was because I had a lot of old wooden, heavy furniture. After I put my stuff in the pod they took it back to their storage place and then transferred it over to Brooklyn Park until I put all the finishes on the new home I was having built.
