On one hand, the slim model has significantly more storage (1 TB vs 825 GB) but the design's a bit weird and the vertical stand costs like $30 extra. The regular version looks better imo but doesn't have as much storage.

PS5 normal comes with a stand to prop up the PS5 vertically (and horizontally), whereas PS5 slim has a clip that allows you to only prop up PS5 horizontally. Aside from that, PS5 slim will (obviously) have a smaller footprint.

网页2023年11月12日 · Yeah the OG PS5 disc drive is noisy as well. Pretty much zero sound insulation and probably really cheap components. At least it's only on during disc check and installation I guess. You might be able to DIY some sound insulation with the disc drive being detachable if you can be bothered. Reply reply More replies.
