Hi Samantha. Coincidentally, we stayed at the Umaid Bhawan Heritage Hotel this past summer, and visited Elefantastic. To answer your question - yes, the Elefantastic driver picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at the end of our visit. You’ll enjoy the hotel (the rooftop restaurant is very good), and the Elefantastic experience is amazing! Have fun....and Happy New Year!

Yes make a reservation, as part of the trip , they give you some lunch at Raul's mothers place, home cooking.

You have to book an appointment earlier. Once they confirm the dates, they will arrange for the pick up from hotel.
