Dream Big is a great house/combined duplex for a gathering or retreat. Right across from the beach, with a private pool & elevator. We've renovated the main level so it has one really living room and one big dining room instead of two smaller ones. We think this will work beautifully for our guests! We know how hard it is to find big gathering spaces. It rents as a whole and has connecting doors on two floors. Each Side has 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and lots of room to spread out over 3 floors and 3500 sq feet. Each side has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 full laundry rooms. Large private pool and outdoor gathering space with grills and seating for outdoor dining. Nice combination of larger common spaces for togetherness, and lots of private bedrooms with porches. The first floor has a family room on each side with a large tv/dvd, games, etc so the kids have a place to call their own. The large 18'x36' pool can be heated for $50/day.
