Do you actually get to interact with the capybaras for a full 30 minutes during your encounter or is half (or some) of that time spent learning about them?

I interacted with them for a full 30 minutes - I fed them while a staff member told me some facts about them and took pictures!
Without a doubt going to Luminosa solo is safe. If you take an Uber have them drop and pick you up at the valet station which is right by the enterance.
