Hi, just tryin to help here. I think with some attraction in Japan, you have better luck with some help from local. So, in my case, i ask the hotel i stayed to contact them. In the "English" version, the telephone number/email usually in our case, cannot be contacted or did not get any reply. The hotel staff searched for the japanese version, and viola ! Finally i got the information i wanted, and for me, it works every time, when searching for bus route (local route) or asking for operating hours that did not existed in the web, every time it works.
