I was very happy to find this museum as I had been unable to find the Geology Museum in Rapid City earlier in the day. This museum would have been worth the visit regardless. There is street parkin… milehighpar的完整评论

Very interesting place. My kids really enjoyed the collection. Oneof the employees was very knowledgeable about the different Rick's and showed us a few that glowed under a black light. DakotaJim的完整评论

10 and 6 year old should enjoy it. Probably won't spend as much time as boys unless they are into dinos. There is a lot of stuff crammed into a small area. I'm guessing little girls will like …

10 and 6 year old should enjoy it. Probably won't spend as much time as boys unless they are into dinos. There is a lot of stuff crammed into a small area. I'm guessing little girls will like the gift shop most. It has some cool stuff. They do have a table with a "fossil" under some sand and the kids can use brushes to scrap away the sand to get to the fossil.

I think we spent about an hour, but we went just before the busy season and had it all to ourselves.

VERY reasonable. IIRC, was about $6. On top of the low price I think it ($6) allows you admission for 6 or 12 months.

I think it was $7 a person to get in to the museum part. The gift shop, where you actually enter the building, is free.
