Yes they provide some foam ear plugs because of the noise which are very soft that you probably wouldn’t notice there in your ears, also the helmet you wear gives your ears protection anyway . My ear plugs fell out while I was flying and I didn’t realise until I took my helmet off. Great experience I’m sure you will enjoy.
