Is the Dujiangyan Giant Panda Center that has the volunteer program separate from the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base? Which one has baby pandas? Both?

Both of two center has panda babies , only Dujiangyan center have volunteer program -Yakpanda
Going to volunteer the beginning of May. Anyone know the best way to get there ? It will just be myself and one other person, did most people find a driver in Chengdu or book one online ? We would like to be picked up and drippped back to Chengdu.
