There is no free parking; however we found adequate street parking with meters that were easy to use and convenient enough to the Capitol and St. Pauls Cathedral that we only paid once long enough to catch both tours.
I would like to know if tours are being offered at the State Capitol? How much do they cost? What are the opening hours? Are the tours by appointment only or can you just show up?
