You'd have to ask specifically, but I believe they could. They were extremely accommodating to our group and very helpful in getting us on and off the plane safely.

You can opt to be picked up from Pier 39 in San Francisco. We just rang them the day before to confirm and the driver arrived exactly on schedule.
