Activist investor Palliser Capital and over 100 other shareholders on Thursday sought a resolution over a review of Rio Tinto's dual-listed model, in a bid to unify the miner's corporate structure.

Palliser Capital UK Ltd has sought to put more pressure on Rio Tinto Group to unify its dual listing by submitting a resolution to conduct a review into the structure at its annual shareholder meeting.

Palliser Capital doubled down on its call for a review of Rio Tinto’s dual listing in London and Sydney, adding that it now has the backing of more than 100 shareholders.
