GM will auction the very first retail production 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ ever produced at an upcoming auction, with proceeds set to benefit charity.

Cadillac is selling the battery-electric Vin 001 Escalade IQ at the Barrett-Jackson Fall Auction in Arizona for a good cause.

GM has a reputation for using its new vehicles to help worthy causes. The first Escalade IQ is especially important because it is the automaker's first full-size luxury SUV EV.

Cadillac's electric full-size SUV starts at $129,095 and has a 460-mile range estimate, and the first retail example is still up for grabs.

Barrett-Jackson in Scottsdale, Ariz. will auction off the first retail production all-electric 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ, VIN 001, with 100 percent of the hammer price benefiting the Detroit Children’s Fund.
