Troopers say a 28-year-old victim noticed a possible tracking device on their vehicle. The device was identified as a Tracki Model TRKM110-T and was taken into evidence. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation requested a subpoena for the device and the account details came back to 46-year-old Robert Spoon of Westfield .

The victim told CBPD that her ex, Walter Hite Jr. had been following her for several months prior to appearing at a restaurant she was at with her date.
