An organization that lobbies and litigates for limited government regulation wants the Arizona Supreme Court to give Maricopa ...

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Local conservative nonprofit Goldwater Institute has filed a lawsuit against the city of Scottsdale over its “Protect and Preserve” sales tax initiative.

I would not necessarily say that the lawyers in their fancy suits at the Goldwater Institute actively hate working people. But they do seem to hate it when working people stand up for themselves.

The group has argued the process disenfranchises voters as they are retained on a county basis, but issue statewide rulings.
