The Hollywood Reporter has the news that Pace will play a villain in the upcoming science fiction actioner. Pace's casting comes on the heels of the news yesterday that Josh Brolin will star as the film's villain.

Josh Brolin is in final negotiations to star opposite Glen Powell in Paramount Pictures' "The Running Man." He will join previously announced cast members Katy O'Brian ("Love Lies Bleeding" and Daniel Ezra ("All American") in the film from Edgar Wright.

Throughout the week, there has been a trickle of news about The Running Man, a Stephen King adaptation from director Edgar Wright. Yesterday, Deadline reported that Josh Brolin had been cast in the project in an unnamed villain role opposite the previously cast Glen Powell and Katy O’Brien.
