Mowing crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation follow a schedule: once they make their way through certain counties, they move to the others, and it's a cycle throughout the summer.

They say this is the most suspicious case. “A mowing crew was along the side of the road. They saw what appeared to be a female’s body, (and) called us out there," Sheriff Flowers recalled.
