A man who shot a man and a woman dead outside of a boutique hotel in Boca Raton fled the scene and made it all the way to Georgia before he was arrested Saturday, police say.

The Boca Raton Police Department is at the scene of a shooting, law enforcement officials say. The police department said on Friday officers are in the area of North Ocean Boulevard. At this time police have closed Ocean Boulevard from Palmetto Park Road to approximately 800 N Ocean Boulevard.

De'Vante Moss is charged with two counts of first-degree murder with a firearm and one count of attempted first-degree murder with a firearm, according to police.
