You can tell it’s fall when the smell of hops permeates parts of the Yakima Valley. Even in downtown Yakima, blocks away from the hop warehouses near Fruit Row, that distinctive aroma fills the air.

It was kind of a big deal…Providing brewers on the other side of the globe with access to hops in their purest form was a huge get for Korean craft brewers that allowed them to produce fresh hop ales.
