Saucy is a new small-concept restaurant by KFC that centers on, as the name suggests, sauces. With a limited menu of chicken tenders, a few sandwiches and a small handful of sides, the KFC spinoff brings new flavors to the table in the form of dipping and sipping.

KFC is launching a spin-off restaurant called Saucy, which will highlight one of the chicken chain’s most popular products, its tenders, paired with sauces.

KFC is opening the first location of its brand new dining concept — Saucy — in Orlando, Florida. The restaurant, which is bathed in neon hues of pink and orange, opens to the public on Monday, Dec. 23.
