(Reuters) -British online fashion retailer Boohoo has removed co-founder Mahmud Kamani as chair, making him executive vice-chair, and appointed an independent chair, while its biggest shareholder Mike Ashley-owned Frasers stepped up pressure for a more radical management shake-up.
