This dosa features onion, tomato, chili and masala with a dose of podi spice, nicknamed “gunpowder” for its potent punch. The Indian words milagai and podi respectively translate to red chili powder.
Transfer the powdered rava into a large bowl. Add 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour and mix well. Now add 2 tbsp hot oil and mix well well. Adding hot oil to flour helps to get crispy dosa.
