The Justice Department says four paid FBI informants entered the Capitol during the riot - none of whom were authorised to do so.

Of those 26 confidential human sources, four entered the Capitol and 13 went to the restricted area surrounding the Capitol, but none have been charged.

The report also said no undercover FBI employees were present that day and none of the bureau’s informants was authorized to participate.
