An update on the Great Barrington wildfire. Crews have created a firebreak around the perimeter of the fire. That is a manmade or natural gap in the forest designed to stop the fire from spreading.
Horseshoe Fire initially started 11:27 a.m. Oct. 30 in Inyo County. Since its discovery 24 days ago, it has burned 3,000 acres. There is currently no information on the containment of the fire.
