Michael Meyden, 57, pleaded guilty to three counts of causing another person to ingest a controlled substance, a felony, and is serving two years in prison.
The lawsuit, filed this week in Clackamas County Circuit Court, seeks $2.4 million in damages for battery and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
