It weighs about a tonne, is 66-foot high and is about 57 years old. The tree is the latest in a tradition dating from 1947, when Norway wanted to thank the UK for its support during Second World War.
It went public in 2021 with around 500 stores, and three years later, it has 950 stores in 18 U.S. states and growing. The response has been positive, and sales have been growing dramatically.
