COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Longtime South Carolina Congressman John Spratt has died aged 82. Spratt served in the State's Fifth Congressional District for nearly three decades. Friends and colleagues of Spratt took to social media on Sunday to share memories of the lawmaker.
