RODANTHE, N.C. — Another house has collapsed on North Carolina's Outer Banks, according to the Chicamacomico Banks Fire and Rescue Department. Officials said in a post that the house, located on America Drive and GA Kohler Court, fell at 1:05 p.m. on Tuesday. This is the third stilt house in Rodanthe to collapse this month.
