A used-car dealership owner accused of fraud plead not guilty in court Thursday morning. According to officials, Edward Cicciu of Attleboro is accused of selling cars without titles at Bristol County Auto Exchange on Route 6.

Cicciu is accused of getting vehicles from a loan auction and putting them up for sale at his business, Bristol County Auto Exchange, without actually having the titles in hand. He allegedly collected payment from customers, promising to mail them the titles and registrations.
