Mikaela Shiffrin, the most successful alpine skier of all time, said she is feeling better after crashing out of the women’s giant slalom during last weekend’s Stifel Killington Cup in Vermont.

Mikaela Shiffrin suffered an abrasion near her hip and said there was "not really too much cause for concern" after crashing at an Alpine skiing World Cup giant slalom in Killington, Vermont, on Saturday.

Shiffrin said Monday she was thankful to avoid worse after her fall Saturday during the giant slalom at a World Cup event in Vermont.
