Zimbabwe's cricket team has been penalised for their slow over-rate in the final T20I against Afghanistan at Harare Sports Club. Captain Sikandar Raza accepted the sanctions imposed by the ICC. Afghanistan clinched the T20I series 2-1 after Zimbabwe's initial victory.

Owing to a slow-over rate in their last T20I against Afghanistan in Harare, Zimbabwe players have been fined 10 percent of their match fee. Afghanistan took the low-scoring encounter by three wickets. The charges were levelled by on-field umpires Iknow Chabi and Forster Mutizwa, third umpire Percival Sizara and fourth umpire Langton Rusere.

Afghanistan cricketer Gulbadin Naib was fined 15% of his match fee for showing dissent at an umpire's decision during a T20I match against Zimbabwe. The ICC issued the penalty during the series in Harare.
