Onondaga County lawmakers punted today on a last-minute proposal to front an additional $11 million for the construction of an aquarium in Syracuse’s Inner Harbor. Just 20 minutes before a scheduled vote Tuesday, the legislature’s GOP leadership removed the item from the agenda.
