2004年10月25日 · yep! Described me exactly. I am 23 and get hot flashes. Sometimes I sweat when freezing. I get frequent night sweats. Sometimes I am so cold that I feel like I will never get warm. I have the heating pads and the microwaveable booties and the fleece blanket I wrap around me. I also layer with tank tops on the bottom and heavy thing on top.

If your HR and BP are too low on the Propanolol you should inform your doctor - he/she may want to either decrease the dose or switch you to another medicine all together.

2019年12月3日 · People often comment on how rugged up I get, and it seems I am extremely sensitive to any cold breezes etc. I do get hot flashes often, but they pass after perhaps 30 seconds or so, and then I go back to feeling freezing. Do many other folks have this occur? I know temperature regulation issues are a part of Dysautonomia.

2019年11月19日 · Until last weekend when, despite keeping active and walking the dog whilst well wrapped up, the cold took over and the same thing happened again. I noticed that, during the latter part of the thawing out process (hours later), I was simultaneously shivering with cold whilst also having hot flashes. Once again, my heart was going beserk.

2009年12月10日 · I feel my best in the cold. In fact, I was sweating when I was outside. It can be hard for me to readjust to being inside but that might be partly due to the change of activity level. I sometimes take an long warm shower to get my body temp back to normal. I am also dealing with hot flashes and man, being outside is such a treat when those happen.

2024年8月27日 · My sleep (lack thereof) had been too poor for way too long. I have 1 significant difference/improvement I noticed with overnight hot flushes. I get fewer of them when I have more than 1 foot incline (sounds like a lot but just a little lift). When I lay flat, I cycle through the hot/cold more frequently and with very little movement.
