它将一个内含子中发生split的reads拆成两部分，分为 Donor 和 Acceptor 两部分，也就是 5' 端和 3' 端。 从这个断电延伸出去的所有split reads作为总数，比如一个 Donor 可能会和多个 Acceptor 发生链接，跳过一个 Acceptor 就是跳过一个外显子。 而无论中间跳过多少，此种方法只关注最终的两端split reads数量作为发生剪接的证据。 这样的好处就是可以考虑多个外显子的跳跃，即便跳过再多外显子，公式都能表达准确的剪接定量比例。
