Where are the downloaded themes saved? - Microsoft Community
Now I want to create a new theme using some pictures of the themes that I downloaded. Can anyone tell me where the downloaded themes are located? I went to. C:\Users\(user-name)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes. C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes. But I was unnable to find them.

For the sunrise theme, select cyan color and change the wallpaper. For dark theme, select blue color. Set the color mode to Dark.

I have found the folders where the themes that are already there are, and I even managed to remove and add my own photos to one. But I still can't find any of the 5-6 new themes.
