Pioneer - DayZ Wiki
It was introduced in the 1.12 Experimental patch on 1st April 2021. The Pioneer is a unique rifle because it has a detachable box mag and flip-up iron sights, but can also accept any optic which fits on a picatinny rail. The rifle seems to be based on its real life counterpart Steyr Scout Rifle, and is referenced as such in the files.

2021年4月2日 · Looks like the scout rifle. Mid game weapon with a good function. Looks mad. My experience with the rifle so far has been great. Fits all the M4 optics and suppressor. You'll get 5-6 shots with a water bottle suppressor. Its accurate, witll 1 shot zombies, I havent hunted with it yet, but so far I'd give it a solid 8/10.
