I don't think we have a service manual for yours yet but take a look at another one. The wiring should be close.

4WD and diff lock not engaging - CForce 500 - CFMoto-Forum
2016年8月6日 · People have had this problem. Try removing the actuator from the front diff. While it's out try the switch and see if it is moving. If it doesn't than you might just need a new one. If it moves than you may have a mechanical problem. There is a tread on this. A search will find it. Most of the cfmotos use the same actuator so the info will apply.

2017年8月6日 · Re: CFMOTO Z-Force 500 will only run half throttle. Ok. I have the 600 and if the reverse sensor breaks it does the same thing. Thinks your in reverse and gives you no throttle. I would just confirm that the throttle is actually opening all the way and after that, barring any codes, might be a host of things.
reliability of the UTVs? vs a rzr? any high mileage users?
2017年8月11日 · Been there, done that. The parts fits better, the steel is heavier, and for me, the shock bushings are actually made out of metal. LOL! Their quality control could use some serious improvements however IMO. My biggest gripe is CF Moto's poor excuse for an air intake system and lack of HP for a 600 cc motor.
