I have seen numerous videos on youtube about how to convert a regular machine into a cake machine, just make sure you also clean it thuroughly and change out the blade.

We use the cricut cake but use it with make the cut software, cricut has disable the ablility to do so with their later models. I wouldn't buy another cricut because of this.
