Virtually all plastic used by LEGO is a proprietary version of Lanxess’ Novodur ABS, Makrolon polycarbonate (for transparent elements) and Macrolex dyes for coloring. Variants of Delrin or nylon are used to make cloth and string elements. Legos are made by injection molding.
