I can’t get past the language screen and my TV isn’t connected to the Internet because I just bought it. There’s no way I could use my phone as my remote either.

It had a software update July 12 and shortly after that, my remotes stopped working. I have a simple Roku remote that came with the TV and a Dish remote.
