2020年9月30日 · But most of the time (if not every time in '62) the Pad will only show the Engine Suffix Code. QB is the correct Code for a '62 409-409 (w 2-4's) and a 4-Speed Manual Trans. The other Numbers in front of QB will be the Month and the Day. You could see if they correspond to the Date in the VIN and/or Body Tag on top of the Firewall under the hood.

Install new coil springs on 62 Impala
2010年1月18日 · new springs in 62 impala. well I finally got my springs in. Used spring compressors to get them down a little bit. Then inserted them in the top saddle but not right to the end but rather only as far as they would go and still hang straight down. Then brought the bottom control arm up to meet the spring and hold it in place with a floor jack.
