2020年7月16日 · I'm having the same problem on android Samsung galaxy s10e. Paired with mi fit then installed amazfit and it can't connect to band. Tried uninstalling everything and factory reset on Mi band 5 and still no luck. Thinking about buying notify and fitness. If you pay for pro version does it include 3rd party support? Thanks

It's not optimal, and some info doesn't get transferred correctly, but until Zepp allows for "Health Sync" app to work with it, or Zepp can connect to Health Connect, this is as good as it gets.

The app gives a notification that has been shut down in the background (Xiaomi phone, auto-start, no battery restrictions). The Band can't be seen in the Bluetooth settings, and needs to reconnect when opening the app.
