2021年6月2日 · Baphomet as a deity was generally made up as the "pagan god worshiped by the templars" the Templars didn't. They made an enemy of a King who had the popes ear and then tortured them. The records aren't super well kept.. but it is generally considered to be made up by the jailers to sound vaguely Egyptian like. Baphomet is not a real deity.
