If you like rhythm games, Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan and its sequel are probably the best rhythm games made for the handheld. It's Japanese, but DS games are region free and its the only way to play the game in a comfortable fashion. The PC fan-made release never clicked with me since the mouse isn't as enticing as tapping the screen was.
