The best hard plastic I get from trashed lap-top cases. It does not crack. easily and screws directly into the plastic (no glue) does not come loose like in wood / plywood.

It works foam to foam, but is hard, and can be a little brittle, so avoid for large areas or repairs that will be stressed. With accelerant it can get hot, and gator some foam. Epoxy, stronger than the others, can cure in 5-30 min depending on type.

Jun 5, 2009 · A little. I would actually use hot glue. The best plastic glues tend to attack the plastic surface, which you really don't want. Epoxies tend to crack away. Solvent based contacts work, but they are not gap fillers. That leaves in my personal arsenal either a foaming polyurethane, or hot glue. Try tests with whatever you use, though.
