2011年9月14日 · Hi Gary - A true nattokinase is isolated from the vitamin K2 intentionally. There should be absolutely no residues of K2 in nattokinase. So, yes,you do need to take K2 MK7 separately. If on warfarin, then you have to limit the K2 intake since interference is noted at doses of 100 micrograms.

2006年3月20日 · You can just take nattokinase, though, regularly every 8 hours - at least 2000 FU with each dose....as long as you are not on Coumadin, and you can certainly take pycnogenol separately. The main issue is remember to do set exercises by flexing your legs - toes up and down to exercise the calves and move around as much as you are permitted to do.

2014年2月3日 · It has 1,000mcg of K1, 1000mcg of K2-MK4 and 400mcg of K2-MK7. This is a solid formula in a single soft gel capsule and is fine to take with Nattokinase but not sure why you would want to take Aspirin too unless you have some defined platelet aggregation issue too?? 2011年2月1日 · I was just looking at the Source Natural's Nattokinase product information on Iherb and noticed at the bottom it says not to take it if you have blood pressure disorders or are on a Beta Blocker. I am on a Beta Blocker (a low dose of Toprol). I also take a low dose of Verapamil for the afib. I have border line high blood pressure.

2018年4月4日 · Been on nattokinase for about six months when I began to experience total body peripheral neuropathy (pins and needles). I am not diabetic, have normal B12 level, never been on amiroderone and have not been exposed to any type of toxins that have been implicated. The only thing different in my life is the nattokinase.
