2018年10月19日 · They are a bit nicer to drive on the expressways because of the greater horsepower. The '90,5, '91, and '92 had some improvements to the convertible top and hardtop latching which some owners appreciate. Hardtops became an option as Cadillac was trying to control cost. Digital dash was an option but you can fine either dash in all of these years.

What is the best year Allante to purchase and why?
2013年7月14日 · I had a very pleasant experience with a 4.5 in a 1990 CDV and a complete nightmare with a Northstar powered 2003 Seville (bought new). Also, 92 had the Recaro seats, Bose sound system, Bosch brakes, window vents and also the Cadillac shield logo in the 3rd brake light. For me, the 92 was the best year and fo far, mine has been a GREAT car!

2020年8月18日 · My new to me 1993 Allante has emerged from a 6 months at a top shop to replace front pass pull-down, rear glass molding and struts for the top cover. During the long stay the newish battery died after one too many jumps .... fan relays soon died (replaced), then the tach became an off an on thing & also idle can drop to 200 now with rough running?

2009年4月9日 · An Allante with a correctly working stereo is more of a freak occurance than normal. The design of the center stack makes after-market all but impossible. The way I see it, you either go all in on the factory system by fixing it and possibly enhancing it or you do something like a Hidden Audio product.
