From 1967 to 1997, our center was known as the Cumberland County Nursing Home, and in 1997 our name was changed to Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our top-rated care was awarded one of “America’s Best Nursing Homes” by Newsweek and “2020 Best of Cumberland County Nursing Facility”.
