A gastro dr I know said taking miralax everyday is fine. i take 17 grams everyday and 2 fiber tablets since surgery. i will be 4 weeks post op wednesday. i have a stent in kidney so i cannot strain at all so this combo is safe and eorks for me. plus miralax easiest taste wise to take.
